 | 歐盟于2014年頒布了新的簡單壓力容器SPVD指令2014/29/EU，并于2016年起開始執行，將取代了原指令2009/105/EC。簡單壓力容器是指存儲壓力超過0.5bar的壓縮氣體或氮氣等非易燃氣體的容器，其有一個圓柱形殼體和用碟形和/或平封頭密封的圓形端口，工作壓力不超過30bar，壓力容積值不超過10000 bar·L，最低工作溫度不低于-50℃，最高工作溫度鋼制容器不超過300℃，鋁或鋁合金容器不超過100℃。 該指令不適用于下列容器：為核用途容器；安裝于輪船或飛機上的容器；滅火器。 |
歐盟簡單壓力設備CE認證流程：
1. 提供產品的壓力、容積、介質及外形尺寸信息，用來判斷CE認證產品的適用標準，并確定產品的認證模式。
2. 根據認證模式制定輔導、檢驗和審核計劃，并協商和確定認證的詳細內容和價格，簽署合作協議。
3. 產品標準和生產管理體系輔導和評估。
4. 焊工資格證及相關工藝評定的輔導、取得證書。
5. 樣品型式試驗、工廠審核（根據認證模式確定）。
6. 后續監督（根據認證模式確定）。
技術資料要求：
1.產品的基本信息。
2.容器預定用途。
3.容器的安全維護和安裝要求。
4.容器的生產圖紙。
5.容器強度校核計算
6.使用說明書。
7.選用材料、焊接工藝、檢驗方式以及其它與設計有關的敘述文件。
8.焊工或焊接操作工證書。
9.檢驗和測試報告或建議的檢驗方式說明。
The European Union in 2014 issued a new simple pressure vessels SPVD directive 2014/29/EU,start to implement in 2016,will replace the original directive 2009/105/EC.Simple pressure vessels is stored more than 0.5 bar pressure of compressed gas or non flammable gas containers,such as nitrogen,it has a cylindrical shell and use the disc and/or flat head seal round port, working pressure is less than 30 bar,pressure and the capacity of the vessel (PSxV) shall not exceed 10000 bar·L,the lowest working temperature is not lower than -50 ℃, the highest working temperature of steel container does not exceed 300℃, aluminum or aluminum alloy container does not exceed 100℃.
The following are excluded from the scope of this Directive:use for nuclear vessels;installed on the container on a ship or aircraft;fire extinguishers.
